THESE TERMS ARE A LEGALLY BINDING AGREEMENT BETWEEN YOU (“USER,” “YOU,” OR “YOUR”) AND DOMAIN LINKS LLC (“WE,” “US,” OR “OUR”). BY ACCESSING OR USING OUR SERVICES, YOU AGREE TO COMPLY WITH AND BE BOUND BY THESE TERMS. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO THESE TERMS, DO NOT USE OUR SERVICES.

  • Represent that if acting on behalf of an entity, you have authority to bind that entity to these Terms.

2. REGISTRATION AND ACCOUNTS

  • Account Creation: Certain features require account registration. You agree to provide accurate information and keep credentials confidential.
  • Account Liability: You are solely responsible for all activities under your account.

3. PRIVACY

Your use of the Service is governed by our (Privacy Policy), which details how we collect, use, and protect your data.

4. SUBSCRIPTION SERVICES

  • Fees: Subscription fees are listed on our website. By subscribing, you agree to pay all applicable charges.
  • Non-Refundable: Fees are non-refundable unless expressly stated in Section 8.

5. USER CONTENT

8. BILLING, PAYMENT, AND CANCELLATION

8.1 PAYMENT TERMS

  • Fees: All charges are per our fee schedule, due at purchase.
  • Methods: Credit/debit cards, paper checks, or other approved methods. Charges appear as “DOMAINLINKS.”
  • Non-Refundable: Payments are final, even if services are terminated early.

8.2 AUTOMATIC RENEWAL

  • General Renewals: Services auto-renew for successive terms (e.g., annual plans renew yearly).
  • Rate Changes: Renewal rates may differ from initial terms and are effective immediately upon posting.

8.3 PAYMENT BY PAPER CHECK; AUTOMATIC RENEWAL AND ELECTRONIC PROCESSING AUTHORIZATION

THIS SECTION IS CRITICAL. SUBMITTING A PAPER CHECK BINDS YOU TO THE FOLLOWING:

  • Three-Year Renewal: Using a paper check authorizes three (3) consecutive one-year renewals post-initial term at then-current rates.
  • Electronic Conversion: You irrevocably permit us to convert checks to electronic transactions (ACH/EFT) and debit your account for all future renewals.
  • Revocation: To cancel, notify us in writing 30 days before renewal. Failure to do so binds you to renewed terms.

8.4 PAYMENT FAILURES

  • Retries: We may retry failed payments but assume no obligation.
  • Liability: You are responsible for fees due to insufficient funds or invalid payment methods.

8.5 CANCELLATION

  • Process: Disabling auto-renewal requires written notice. No refunds for partial terms.

9. CHANGES TO TERMS

We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance.

10. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES

The Service is provided “AS IS.” We disclaim all warranties, including fitness for a particular purpose.

11. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

12. INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to indemnify us against claims, losses, or expenses resulting from your breach of these Terms.

13. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms are governed by California law. Disputes will be resolved in California courts.
